Sourcing

We buy finished boards from manufacturers rather than milling our own, so what we can tell you about a floor is what the supplier is able to document for it.

Ask about anything we stock and we will name the manufacturer and pass on the chain-of-custody paperwork they provide. Where a line cannot be traced to our satisfaction, we will say so plainly rather than leave you to assume otherwise.

If your project has a specific requirement to satisfy, such as FSC or PEFC chain of custody, a documented VOC limit or a recycled content target, tell us what you need to meet and we will confirm in writing what we can supply against it before you order rather than after.

Offcuts and packaging

Offcuts, pallets and packaging do not have to end up in your skip. Tell us before we start and we will take them away with the crew and price it into the job.

If you need the waste stream recorded for a project requirement, ask at quoting stage so we can document it as the work happens instead of reconstructing it afterwards.

Ask us where a floor came from

We will tell you the manufacturer and hand over whatever certification they document for anything we stock.
