Commercial work is priced off the programme, not just the plan. A tenancy that cannot lose trading days, a floor that has to go down between the electricians and the joiners, a staged handover across levels: those constraints move a quote more than the board selection does.

Send us the drawings and the dates. We will come back with a take-off, a lead time on the material, and a sequence that fits around the other trades on site.

If the programme needs work outside normal hours to protect trading, tell us early so it sits in the price rather than arriving later as a variation.
